76% of our staff completed the survey, which is 13% higher than the national average response rate.
Edurio benchmarked our results against nearly 70,000 other multi-academy trust staff nationally.

- Job satisfaction among our staff is 14% higher than the national average.
- Pupil behaviour is rated 21% better than the national average.
