Mercia Learning Trust's CEO, Chris French, is set to retire at the end of July, culminating a distinguished 36-year journey in education.

Recently honoured by the Department for Education with a nomination to attend the royal garden party at Buckingham Palace, Chris's dedication to education and social mobility has been recognised on a national stage.
