Young Creatives Exhibition & Charity Auction

Young Creatives Art Exhibition Showcases Talent Across Mercia Learning Trust

We are excited to announce the upcoming Young Creatives art exhibition and charity auction, a celebration of the artistic talents of students and young people from across our trust. The exhibition will feature an inspiring range of artwork and photography, all created by our talented students.

This event will showcase the remarkable talents of our students while raising funds for the Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity.

Event Highlights

Exhibition: A wide range of art and photography created by students from Newfield School, King Ecgbert School, and Mercia School will be on display. These artworks represent the culmination of our students' hard work and creativity.

This is our first ever cross-trust art exhibition. We are so proud to bring together the creations of our talented students in one place for Sheffield to see.

We also plan to exhibit artwork created by younger pupils in all of our schools, including our primaries. These will be shortlisted creations featuring the Children's Hospital's mascot, Theo the Bear.

Online Auction: The displayed artwork will be available for auction through an online platform here. The auction opens on Friday 11 October at 9am and closes on Friday 25 October at 10pm.

A selection of pieces will be available through sealed bids, giving you a chance to own a one-of-a-kind artwork. Additionally, we are offering multiple tickets for specific pieces, with one lucky ticket holder being selected to receive each artwork, ensuring everyone has the chance to participate.

The funds raised from the auction will be divided between The Children’s Hospital Charity and the schools.
