Qualifications

ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Team Leading Level 3.
CMI (Charted Management Institute) Project Management Level 3.
Leeds Carnegie Clerk Development Course Level 3.
CGI (Charter Governance Institute) Certificate in Academy Governance Level 4.

Experience

Over 20 years experience as a PA with the last 10 years or so supporting at exec level.  Experience in bot private and public sectors with 12/13 years in Education either within the LA or Academies. 

Strengths

Solution focused, substantial experience supporting senior leaders, organisational skills managing calendars and prioritising workloads, ensuring leaders are prepared/briefed for meetings, accuracy when collating and producing documents, taking clear minutes of meetings, check and chase and follow up, communication skills and emotional intelligence.
