Over 32 years’ experience in teaching, school and trust leadership and has worked successfully in Rotherham, West Yorkshire and (for the last 22 years) in Sheffield.
Worked in or led 14 different schools serving pupils from age 2 to 18 years, in a variety of different contexts.
Led the creation of Brigantia Learning Trust in 2012
